- What does “one brand per show” mean?
- We only supply one corporate client per specific event. If Rio Tinto takes our Gazza Downs packs to a mining conference, no other company at that show can have them. Your giveaway stands out from every other branded snack on the floor, and no competitor at the booth next door is handing out the same biltong.
- What's in a pack?
- A 20g sample pack of Gazza Downs biltong in a clean Gazza Downs pouch, with your branded sticker on the front and our small brand mark on the back. Your guests get a proper taste — enough to share the experience, small enough to drop into a pocket or a conference tote.
- Can we pick which flavour goes in the pack?
- Yes. You choose one or more flavours from our full range of eight: Outback, Original, Chakalaka, Vegemite, Lemon Pepper, Chilli, Chilli Garlic, Garlic. We'll advise on the crowd favourites for your specific event type.
- How does the branding work?
- You send us your logo as a vector (AI, EPS or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG, and we produce a sticker that goes on the front of every pack. We send you a mock-up to sign off before production starts. Once you approve, we print, we pack, we ship.
- What's the minimum order and lead time?
- Depends on volume, flavour mix, and when you need it. We'll give you a quote and a lead-time estimate within 5 days of receiving your enquiry. For reference, a 500-pack run for a major expo typically takes two to three weeks from artwork approval.
- How much does it cost?
- Per-pack pricing scales with volume and your flavour mix. We'd rather quote each job individually so you get an honest number rather than a padded list price. Send us your event details via the form below and we'll come back within 5 days.
- How do we pay?
- For first-time clients we take a 50% deposit on order confirmation and the balance on dispatch. Established clients (second order onwards) work on standard terms. All payments are by bank transfer or Stripe card.
