Orders, shipping and delivery
- Where do you ship?
- We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Parcel Post arrives within a few business days; Express Post typically lands next business day to most metro areas.
- How fast do you dispatch?
- We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day — with the exception of Fridays, where we avoid shipping fresh product so it doesn't sit in post offices over the weekend. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the road.
- What if my delivery is delayed?
- If anything holds up your order, we'll email you by the third business day with an explanation. If something goes wrong in transit, we'll work with Australia Post to fix it.
- What happens if I enter the wrong address?
- Email us straight away at sales@gazzadownsbiltong.com and we'll try to correct it before dispatch. If a parcel gets returned to us because the address was wrong, we'll need to charge for re-shipping.
Subscriptions
- How does the biltong subscription work?

- Any time. Two clicks from your account — no phone call, no email, no paperwork.
- Can I change my frequency?
- Yes — you can change your delivery cadence (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) from your account. To change which flavours you receive, cancel your current subscription and start a new one with the flavours you want. It takes two clicks each way.
