Chakalaka is the legendary African spice blend — earthy, aromatic, a little paprika warmth, and absolutely addictive. We rub it deep into the beef before the air does its work, so the flavour ends up everywhere. This is bold without being fiery. If you love spice but not heat, Chakalaka is the one.

Straight-up garlic biltong. No chilli to fight with, no other herbs in the way — just deep roasted garlic pressed into premium Australian beef. Aromatic, savoury and completely irresistible if you're a garlic lover. We recommend it with a cold beer on a hot afternoon.
