Chakalaka is the legendary African spice blend — earthy, aromatic, a little paprika warmth, and absolutely addictive. We rub it deep into the beef before the air does its work, so the flavour ends up everywhere. This is bold without being fiery. If you love spice but not heat, Chakalaka is the one.

Original is the biltong you remember. Roasted coriander leads, cracked pepper follows, and the beef underneath is doing all the work. This is the traditional family recipe we've made for generations — the one most biltong is measured against. If you grew up on biltong, this is the flavour that tastes like home.
